Sub-processors

In order to provide the service, NOVA MASTERCLASS MARKETING SRL (seenly.ad) uses a limited number of trusted sub-processors. Each is contractually bound to comply with data protection measures at least equivalent to those set out in the Privacy Policy and in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This page forms part of the DPA.

Transactional e-mails (account verification, password reset, invoices, reports) are sent through seenly.ad’s own e-mail server, without an external e-mail processor.
2. Services on our public websites (controller role)
On the public websites seenly.ad and shop.seenly.ad — that is, outside customer data, where we act as controller and not as processor — we use:

3. Platforms connected at the customer’s instruction
The following platforms are not sub-processors chosen by us, but external services to which we connect exclusively at the customer’s request and with the customer’s explicit authorisation, in order to read (or, at the customer’s instruction, write) data in the customer’s account. The processing of data within these platforms is governed by their own policies:
Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads
Product feed export channels: Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok, eMAG, Price.ro, Compari, Pinterest, Criteo and others configured by the customer
Ecommerce platforms: WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, MerchantPro, Gomag and others
E-mail marketing platforms: theMarketer, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, NewsMAN
4. Notification of changes
We will update this list before adding or replacing a sub-processor that has access to personal data. Subscribed customers may request e-mail notification of changes by writing to [email protected]. If a customer has a reasonable objection, related to data protection, to a new sub-processor, they may contact us to find a solution.
