Feed management

Your feed decides the auction before the first click.

Weak titles, missing attributes and disapproved products cost you impressions and money — every single day. seenly.ad turns the feed from a chore into a competitive edge: optimised with AI, labelled with data, exported clean to every channel.

01 The problem

Three ways your feed burns your budget

Titles nobody searches for

The feed title is your hidden query. "Dress R2041" doesn't compete with "Green satin midi dress — sizes 36-44". Without brand, attributes and intent in the title, you lose the auctions that matter.

Missing attributes = lost impressions

GTIN, colour, size, gender, Google category — every empty field weakens the matching. Disapproved products don't even enter the auction.

Every product treated the same

Without segmentation, your HERO product and the product burning money get the same bid. "All products" campaigns are the most expensive way to run Shopping.

02 The solution

What seenly.ad does with your feed

Import from any source

WooCommerce, XML (Google Merchant / RSS), CSV/TSV — or straight from the catalogue of your connected Merchant Center account, no feed URL needed. Up to 30,000 products per store, synced nightly, with history preserved for products that go out of stock.

AI titles and attributes, in native-quality Romanian

The AI rewrites titles using the formula that performs (brand + product + attributes + intent) and fills in missing attributes — in correct, natural Romanian, not word-for-word translations. You approve, the platform applies.

Automatic data-driven labelling

Every product gets labels across the 5 custom_label slots: ROAS, trend, margin, discount, cart intent, plus HERO/TOXIC roles. Campaigns built on real segments — bid high on what drives profit, exclude what burns it.

Dynamic images: the price on the image

Templates with price, discount, badges and logo applied automatically to every product image — plus AI backgrounds for HERO products (the product itself stays untouched). They regenerate on their own when the price changes.

Clean export, per channel

One source feed → dedicated exports for 11 channels: Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, TikTok, Shopify, Pinterest, Criteo, RTBHouse and — for the Romanian market — eMAG Marketplace, Price.ro, Compari.ro and Shopmania. Each channel's rules and truncations are applied automatically. Plus feed QA: see disapprovals and their causes before they hurt.

Frequently asked questions

About feed management

Which formats can I import? +
XML (Google Merchant / RSS), CSV or TSV, WooCommerce via API — or we pull the catalogue directly from your Google Merchant account, with no feed URL at all. The format is detected automatically.
Does it modify my original feed? +
No. Your source stays untouched — seenly generates separate export feeds (including the supplemental custom_labels feed for Merchant Center), which you connect wherever you want.
What happens to products that go out of stock? +
They stay in the platform with their full performance history, marked out-of-stock. When they come back, they automatically re-enter the export and the campaigns — you don't lose the data you've built up.
How does the feed connect to PPC reporting? +
Every SKU is joined with spend from Ads, revenue from GA4 and status from Merchant Center — that's how product-level POAS and the labels are calculated. The feed and the reporting are one system, not two tools glued together.
